Senior Human Resource Specialist (Resource Executive/Lead):
Number of Positions: 1
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Education Qualifications: MBA/Masters in Computers or Art’s (English)
Required Skills: Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is mandatory.
- Hands on internet browsing skills
- Minimum 12 Months of prior Call Center/ Sales/Marketing experience is mandatory.
- Able to work in the night shift, which should match US Eastern Standard Time Zone
- Self-Motivated, Innovative and Passion to make career in US Staffing
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Jr. Resource Executives
- Gathering and understanding requirements from Resource/Account Manager
- Prioritize requirements and assign them to Jr. Resource Executives
- Helping team to prioritize skills, keywords, create search criteria and strings.
- Help Jr. Resource Executives in searching resumes from Job Sites/Portals/Boards and Social Media
- Check the format of shortlisted resumes and submit to Account / Resource Manager
- Follow-up on submissions and scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Building and developing relationships with people in appropriate skills.
- Creating a referral network, as well as setting goals and creating plans for self-improvement are traits of a successful Recruiter.
Junior Human Resource Specialist (Jr. Resource Executive):
Number of Positions: 4
Experience: 0 – 6 Months
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Art’s or Computer’s or Commerce
Required Skills: Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is mandatory.
- Hands on internet browsing skills
- 6 Months of prior Call Center/ Sales/Marketing experience is a huge plus but not mandatory.
- Able to work in the night shift, which should match US Easter Standard Time Zone
- Self-Motivated, Innovative and Passion to improve learning curve
Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering and understanding requirements from Resource Lead/Manager
- Prioritize required skills, List keywords, create search criteria and strings.
- Search resumes in Job Sites/Portals/Boards and Social Media
- Initiate phone calls to potential candidates to screen them in following area.
o Technical screening
o Soft skills screening
o Attitude and aptitude screening
o Background & Referral Checks
- Format shortlisted resumes and submit to Resource Lead/Manager
